New weapons and new weapon mechanics

I've been working on getting all of the standard weapons in the game animated, imported, and ready to go. I've currently got all secondaries except for the VZ. 61, two more sniper rifles, and one new AR and LMG (it's not really an LMG though, we'll get to that). Another thing that's working now is viewmodel camera movement! To achieve this, I had to switch the weapon nodes from being the raw model file to a dedicated scene in Godot. This will also allow for camos. (OOH CAMOS I LOVE CAMOS) Let me know what camos you would like to see in the game.
StayAtHomeDev recently made a video talking about weapon viewmodels and how to properly make them in Godot. When properly wired in Codfish, this will fix the shadow issue and clipping issue with the viewmodels that are present in the 02/16/24 build.
I can't say for sure when the next build will be out, but it will probably be a while. I'll be posting regular updates here almost weekly, so keep an eye out.That's all for now. Have a nice day!
