v0.5 released! Two new maps and a boatload of weapons
Hey everyone,
v0.5 is out! Enjoy a new arsenal of weapons and (hopefully) faster loading than ever before!
Changes from v0.4 (08/30/24)
- 2 new maps, Wood and Icosahedron, with accompanying music
- All standard weapons except for the SPAS-12, Maverick 88, AN-94, and AX Mark II have been added. You're welcome, Mo. :)
- Player characters now ragdoll on death instead of playing a death animation
- Some viewmodel animations were redone
- Changed grenade indicators in HUD
- Loading into Codfish: Classic is now threaded and loading into maps as a servermaster should be a hell of a lot faster
- Added physics interactions with grenades (player interactions coming soon!)
- Oops! Apparently Godot doesn't include text files into exported projects by default, and the credits didn't load as a result of that. That's now fixed.
- ...and other miscellaneous bug fixes and optimizations
That's all for now. Either a hotfix or new release will be coming soon!
